
SECOND ONLINE KICK-OFF MEETING
📢 The second online kick-off meeting of the AI Integration Framework for Higher Education project, held on May 12th, marked an important step in consolidating joint efforts and aligning all partners on the project’s implementation process. The meeting provided an opportunity to review current progress and refine the development of key project outputs.
The meeting included an overview of the AI integration framework under development, with particular focus on ethical principles ⚖️, institutional policies, and tools for administrative use in higher education. Draft versions of training materials, toolkits, and audit guidelines were presented, and feedback timelines were established to support quality improvements.
🎓 Project partners also discussed the structure and implementation of online trainings and tutorials aimed at enhancing AI competencies among researchers, teachers, and administrative staff. Plans were made to combine synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, and agreements were reached on the use of unified templates and guidelines.
All participants agreed on the importance of consistency across project outputs and committed to completing key deliverables within the defined timeframes.
